Hi,
Do we write it into blueprint's description section or in an independent
spec file?

Hi Gary,
This is a very good list, may I suggest considering the following
sections:
* Use cases [if the feature is large enough and might target a new use
case, or if is targeting existing use cases/workflows]
* Dependencies [be it on python packages and/or OpenStack components]
* Testing [High level description of how to test the new feature]
Thanks,
~Sumit.

Hi,
In order to try and improve our development, reviews and release
process we would like to try provide more detailed and robust
blueprints. Please look at
http://wiki.openstack.org/Quantum/BlueprintTemplate. It will take
a bit longer to file a blueprint but it will help speed up the
rest of the process. Please let us know if you have any comments.
Thanks
Gary
