Consider also using the DNSBL (DNS-based blacklist) NiX Spam.

Just enable in /etc/plugins the line

    dnsbl

Add following entry to /etc/dnsbl_zones

    ix.dnsbl.manitu.net

This blacklist is based on the spam filters of the german publisher
'HEISE Verlag', who receives millions of Emails per day. So chances are
great, that a spam mail you're receiving has been already processed by them.

See http://www.dnsbl.manitu.net/index.php?language=en

See also the article in german:
http://www.heise.de/ix/NiX-Spam-filtert-auf-dem-Mailserver-476624.html

Our server recjects up to 25 % of all spam only by this simple DNS call
- see http://dienstleistung-kultur.de/spamstat.shtml
