In mid-November I found a bug in Qpsmtpd::config. I created issue 29 on
Google Code (http://code.google.com/p/smtpd/issues/detail?id=29) and
some time later checked a fix into my github repository and
 1) added the URL to the ticket
 2) sent a pull request to Ask.

As far as I can see this didn't have any effekt, so I'm looking for a
better way to submit patches.

Should I send bug reports and fixes to <qpsmtpd@perl.org>? They are
already automatically forwarded to <qpsmtpd-...@perl.org> from Google
Code.

Should I include the actual patch instead of just a link to github? The
pretty-printed diff at github is nice to read, but can't be applied
directly (OTOH pulling the change should be easy).

Ask seemed the logical person to send a pull request to, but maybe
somebody else wants one?
