[qpsmtpd] host name of connecting host?

qpsmtpd 0.32 forkserver

The logs show "Connection x/xx from [IP_ADDRESS] / [HOSTNAME]"

I'd like to retrieve the HOSTNAME. Can someone please point out how to get
that information into a plugin? Thanks.
