Please don't reply to an old thread to start a new question; it messes up the message sorting. 0.31 is ancient history (as in over three years old). There have been numerous improvements in that time. There were issues with badly written zombie's not disconnecting properly (go figure), which would result in filling up qpsmtpd connection list exactly as you describe. There is movement afoot to make a new release this week, which probably only requires editing 'Changes' and $VERSION. I suspect that there are fair number of systems running trunk at this time (I know I am), so that is also an option. John
