You might have to use a cronjob. Please have a look at my db/suite. Although on http://dienstleistung-kultur.de/qpsmtpd/db_greylist.shtml it reads: The cleanup cronjob is left as an excercise to the reader ;-) the db/suite is shipped with the cronjob script /etc/cron.hourly/mysql-exim which might point in the right direction and could be modified for DBM.
