Thanks for the response, I'll elaborate:
I'm reproducing spamassassin's "report_safe" feature (e.g. a message
marked as spam becomes a message with a body containing SA's spam report
and the original message content as an attachement). So I need to
prepend the report to the message body (and append as well, come to
think of it, to do the MIME stuff).
I can see in the documentation how to do this by getting a filehandle to
the message itself, but I also see there that this will force disk
spooling where it might otherwise be unnecessary. Is there a superior
way to accomplish this?
