Has anyone adopted this plugin yet? (Probably not, because if you're on
this list you probably already have a solution that you like, or you
have learned to cope with limitations.)

I'm using it on several servers now. I'm pretty confident that my design
withstands many edge cases well. Normal qmail, qmail+vpopmail, and
qmail+plesk all just worked (although I had to hack in support for
bouncesaying, for Plesk setups).

I intend to write an article about the qpsmtpd+Q::D setup, and am
wondering if people would like to proofread it off-list. I've already
got some images I used to convince a client, that will perhaps be the
basis of the article: http://juerd.nl/files/deliverable.png

Meanwhile, I've made some improvements and released version 1.02 to
CPAN.
