Does the received_line hook work in 0.40?

I don't see any received_line_respond method in SMTP.pm, and I observer 
that qpsmtpd-forkserver calls my routine, then throws away the result, 
which suggests to me that whoever did the foo/foo_respond split forgot 
this one.
