Considering the work he's already put into it I'd like to suggest that
maybe it wouldn't be that far off to think about turning it into an
O'Reilly Short Cuts-PDF?!?!
(I'm not too familiar with those Short Cuts, but if you were to sprinkle
his work with more code/examples, and some "why do/don't do this" on top
of each, I can't but think of that as a great "shortcut"/help for those
getting started with qpsmtpd...)
