One thing I did figure out is that I need to use something after the HELO from the outside but it won't accept bounce messages from the outside. I have also been looking for where to configure that.

MAIL FROM:<> 450 FQDN required in the envelope sender This works from inside the network so again I don't know why there are two different behaviours. I just noticed the version is 026 (2.6?).
