I have configured thunderbird email client to send and recieve

Is spf allow a message from email client if it is authenticated
rightly? Or we have to give individual records in dns for each IP?
I commented the spf line from plugins file to check what else are
blocking this and got the following erros :

I have created file named rcpthosts and entered the domain name for my
email id in it . But still its not working . Please help me to solve
this problem.
How can I setup relay for the above case ? Please tell me how can I
setup relaying .
