I think there was discussion a while back about making the config
directory a run-time option. This would make a situation like yours
easier, and you would just have two config directories (one for each
server.)
Not only a discussion, it has also been implemented: Simply set the
QPSMTPD_CONFIG environment variable.
That was quite a discussion, then! :)
