Have a look at the following core plugins:
check_badmailfrom
check_badrcptto_patterns
check_badrcptto
check_spamhelo
check_goodrcptto extn -
You will need to generate the lists of users and domains, but that is
unlikely to be hard and can certainly be automated (as we do in the SME
Server). With appropriate configuration of those you can eliminate
back-scatter.
I looked into check_delivery and had similar reservations to those
expressed by John earlier in this thread. The above set of plugins
provide most, though admittedly not all, of the features of check_delivery.
