Ok -
* We have a queue on rt.perl.org
* New tickets get emailed to qpsmtpd-bugs at develooper.com
* The RT system mails them to the list. (They go through moderation,
so it may take a while before it shows up on the list.)
* All replies on the list containing the subject tag get tracked in
the bugtracker.
* Replies made in the web interface *do not* automatically go to the list.[1]
* The current committers (except aqua, who needs to log in to the RT
once) can resolve tickets.
* Everyone should be able to see tickets.[2] http://rt.perl.org/rt3/
For issues only related to the bugtracker, send an email to
rt-admin at perl.org.

[1] Do not ask me about this. Its a sore spot.
[2] Yes. The public read-only interface sucks. Its on my list to fix.
