Sadly, I have to agree. On very rare occasions, some admin will set Exchange to show the actual error message (it's been documented in the wild) and the sometimes pithy comments that qpsmtpd throws will be relayed back to the user, who may be someone "Important" like the president of the company. I've already had to deal with this once...
