Classification?

IIRC AC was not included in SJMDP because it limits
use to IMAP clients, and implies a more complex
integration of all the parts -- the IMAP server needs to
report the reclassification to the statistical filter somehow --
but AC definitely needs a mention in the SJMDP draft, as
a transitional stage, or as an optional protocol. 

How does one form "move this message into a folder
called HamCorpus3" into a uniform resource identifier?
Can IMAP URIs be made to work?  Can enough information
be included in one to allow operation yet avoid including
security-sensitive material in every forwarded e-mail?

I suppose if there was an 

If-Not-Junk: imap://imap.example.con/HamCorpus3

that would do it, and existing imap security would prevent
abuse, and if you get your mail with POP you could still
connect to the imap server to issue reclassifications.
