That doesn't work with the optimized way qpsmtpd uses SpamAssassin.
In (soon to be released) version 0.20 there is an option to the
spamassassin plugin to munge the subject line.

Right.  It is also only activated on "EHLO" connections, so on most
transactions with real mail servers it won't do anything; but humans
making "HELO" connections out of habit will get a smile put on their
face. :-)

The plugin was the first I made to test the plugin mechanism.  I
won't argue that it's all that useful ...
