Hi Friends, I cannot receive an email from one of the domain/sender, which i checked the maillog is showing below message.
Jun 25 15:40:06 mail spamdyke[25514]: TIMEOUT from: [email protected] to: (unknown) origin_ip: xxx.xxx.xx.xx origin_rdns: xxx.xxx.com auth: (unknown) encryption: TLS reason:TIMEOUT The user also send the bounce message like above. Is this for our server or user server. I have allowed whitelist ip,rdns,sender,recipient and iptables of the user ip and domain. Anyone can help me where is the exact issue and how to rectify if it's in our server. Appreciate anyone help me. -- *Regards,Manikandan.C*
