I remember that my qmail7 is running on mem 

simscan-disk            /var/qmail/simscan      tmpfs 
size=5100M,nodev,noexec,noatime,uid=46,gid=46,mode=2750 0 0

Wonder if that does anything since I do not have any /tmp/clamav stuff
