Can't send mail , Mail blocked

Hi , I get a problem with our mail server when we try to send a mail with outlook express  it ,  responds:  "An error occurred while sending mail. The main server responded: MAIL  BLOCKED; see http://www.e-scrub.com/orbs/ Please check the main   recipients and try again."  Also, can someone tell me how to stop queering the ORBS database ?  I am using qmail with Corel Linux if that helps.  Regards, [EMAIL PROTECTED]
