Hi, when email bounces from my server it sends a header like this:

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Where is it getting the scooby.gangstabitches.net
from the PTR record in DNS, from /var/qmail/control/me, /etc/HOSTNAME?
How can I change that to be the "qmail-send program at everydns.net"
