Assume message 457 is a VERP message. Failed deliveries for message
457 will be returned to verpprefix-@wherever, as opposed to normal
VERP which goes to verpprefix-bouncing=com@wherever.
This bounce will be in QSBMF format, see
<http://cr.yp.to/proto/qsbmf.txt>.
