Nahhhh. It's bad business practice to make your customers feel
stupid. Instead, you want to make them feel smart for selecting you.
Is qmail confusing in spots? Sure. That's because the software does
what the documentation says it does (no more and no less), rather than
what people think the software ought to do. That means that you need
to read a little more than you might with other pieces of software.
On the other hand, you don't have to worry about someone breaking in
via qmail.
