I think you need to take a minute and decide if you really want to run qmail,
rather than just use someone else's mail server. This may be a very simple
problem, and you just need to do some simple things to figure it out.
Run `ps -ax` and see if qmail-smtpd is running. If not, restart it and
consider running it under daemontools.
