This delay occur after SMTP sessions inactive period 10 or more
minuts

Yes ! And I see (ps -ax) that qmail-smtpd daemon is invoked

If I use telnet to 25 port I have delays and I can't recieve mail

I don't know what can I do, and I done
cron script in other server which send mail
every 5 minuts to null client..
After that delays disappeared ...
This is stupid solution for this problem ....
