resend incoming mail to specific doamin

I need to resend all the incoming mail for an account to all the 
receipents in the header having a specific domain. For instance
if I have the following in the header:

To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]

I want to resend mail to only addresses for dom.com, in this 
case a and c, b should be ignored while sending.
