Delivery report...

I have problem with delivery report in Outlook ...

Outlook have  cheking box which is checked i receive message about deviver
my mail to the remote or local SMTP server.

It is not working under Qmail SMTP server. In log i can monitoriong
delivering message but what chace have a simply user ???
