changing FROM header

Hey list,

I'd like to change the FROM header in mails with a special FROM. 
For example: The FROM header is postmaster@localhost and I 
want to change it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] while it is 
delivered to a users Maildir. Is it possible with a .qmail file?
