There seems to be some confusion lately about understanding how an MTA
works.
Anything that is in a users Maildir is a delivered email, not in the queue.
The queue is messages that are waiting to be delivered and are usually
/var/qmail/queue
To answer the poorly phrased question:
If you want to move messages that have been delivered, just move them to the
new location and make sure that the user owns the files and that's it.

How do I requeue message files that are in a users Maildir. I had changed
the user's .qmail file to forward to another address and I want the items
in the user's Maildir/new to be requeued.
