I am getting errors as follows:-

Firstly - does this mean that qmail can't establish an SMTP connection
to the remote system? If so, I think I know why as they're bounce
messages in response to some mail I sent and I suspect my reply
address may be setup incorrectly to a domain inside the firewall.
Secondly what does that (#4.4.1) mean? I can't find any paragraph
number 4.4.1 in the documentation.
