This is why, even if *I* wanted to use ORBS, I wouldn't. My customers might
never forgive me. :)

The unfortunate thing about the DUL is, AFAIK, it's only good as long as
ISPs choose to contribute. That is, I seriously doubt, if those machines are
dialups, their ISP is giving those netblock addresses to DUL to allow people
to block them. And while I think the DUL folks do some speculating as to
exact netblocks extrapolated from a few addresses... I don't know how
successful this is against this kind of spam. :(
