How to set up a null server ?

I need to build a server that receives all email for a domain and forwards it all
to another mail server.

If I put:

relay_me.com:relay_server.some_other_domain.com

in smtproutes, is that all I need ? I need to receive all mail destined for 
relay_me.com and just foward it along...
