Do I read the Outlook error correctly, "Account: 'grow.sd27.bc.ca'",
is that the same as "user"? If so, then it's unlikely that the server
grow.sd27.bc.ca has a user called grow.sd27.bc.ca -- change that the
desired username in Outlook settings.
