That's a good question.  It's very nice for Dan to pronounce that
everybody else's receipt standard is broken, but introducing his own
standard isn't likely to be helpful if nobody adopts it.

What's wrong with having a program which acts on Netscape's
"Disposition-Notification-To: <samp>RFC822-address</samp>" ?  It could 
be included in a .qmail file similar to qreceipt.
