Still 533

Hello all...

still getting my ass kicked by qmail.  I've gotten it down to one file...
if rcpthosts exists then I get the 533 (#5.7.1) not allowed message.

there are no log file entries, and I am running tcpserver with -v -H -R.

Here's what I've narrowed it down to:

qmail-smtpd.cdb    rctphosts        error
      Y                 Y               Y
      N                 Y               Y
      Y                 N               N
      N                 N               N

ANY advice????
