Does that work? The qmail-send man page says entries are of the form
domain:prepend. Either can be omitted, but I think the colon is
required. And omitting the prepend means the domain is *not*
virtual. I think your example should be:

    In /var/qmail/virtualdomains put
    supermall.dk:supermall
    pcnet.dk:pcnet
    netpizza.dk:netpizza

Usernames with dots and usernames longer than 8 characters are
probably not a good idea. I'd use:

    Create 3 users for the domain administrators:
    supermall
    pcnet
    netpizza

Why not just let the supermall/pcnet/netpizza users (e.g., the domain
administrators) handle this?

Are you saying that by *not* having a .qmail-default, misspellings
*will* bounce, but that they can be caught with a .qmail-default? If
so, that's correct, but your wording implies that you can't do this.
