Order of precedence.

Hello folks,

I'm using QMAIL 1.03 (with tcpserver)
as a base mail hub for relaying several 
mail servers, running SENDMAIL.

I've set relay restrictions with /etc/tcp.smtp.

I've set some addresses in /var/qmail/control/BADMAILFROM
but QMAIL gets messages with such "MAIL FROM:"
and places them in the queue.

Any ideas how to prevent this or why it happens?
