Fetchmail is almost universally hated by everyone on this list. Not a months goes by without some fetchmail luser screwing something up, and starting to bounce all mailing list traffic. Furthermore the bounces go not to the envelope return address, but the the address in the headers, which is twice as dumb. Avoid fetchmail at all costs. -- Sam
