You run into the problems because each domain is pointing to the
same 'real' account. The first thing to do is to have a different account
handling QMAIL duties for each domain.
The real issue with virtual domains (versus the actual host's
domain) is the way QMail handles accounts for virtual domains. I'll
illustrate like so:
dom1.net:domain1
dom2.net:domain2
su - domain1
ezmlm-make ~/LIST ~/.qmail-bob domain1-bob dom1.net
You will have to edit the ~/LIST/config file to remove "domain1-"
from the line containing "domain1-bob". You may also have to edit the
~/LIST/text/* files in the same way.
With virtual domains, you are dealing with the fact that QMail is
using the real account for controlling the virtual accounts, besides
using virtual accounts to deal with virtual-virtual accounts.
I just downloaded ezmlm-idx a couple of days ago and have done
just this to set up two mailing lists for separate domains.
