The fourth line in the log entry you posted shows that the error is coming
from sh: . This is the program that is generating the error message. Have
you tried looking at this website:

-rhel/

This site talks about the sh problem that CentOS is having.

Subject: Re: [Qmail-scanner-general] Error "setlocale: LC_ALL" on CentOS

Ciao Alessio,

I have been trying to fix the same behaviour on my centos 6 qmail box with
no luck at all.
All the settings related to LANG, LC_ALL have no effect on this error in the
log.
The good news is that everything is working fine and this error that shows
up in the logs doesn't seem to influence anything on the server.

Cheers,
Maurizio
