Great - I think I can see your problem.

First off - you're not using Qmail-Scanner - but Qmail-Scanner-st -
slight difference, but Salvatore might have jumped in earlier if you'd
mentioned it

Secondly, I can see what causes the problem

Look at the 2nd "header" - "X-Antivirus Itsjustit.co.uk-MOVED-X-Spam-Flag:"

You've been fiddling with the "V_HEADER" variable  haven't you :-)

You can't put spaces in it - headers can't have spaces - that triggers
the block

As to why FF doesn't trigger the fault va MSIE - I have no idea. Let's
just fix one thing and see if it solves the problem
