Well you do realize this would be better to do in SpamAssassin than Q-S?
After all - it's the antispam tool - not Q-S.

Anyway, if you really wanted to, you could add rules to
quaratine-events.txt to block these

e.g.

/^X-Mailer: Advanced Mass Sender/                          DISCARD
/^X-Mailer: Mail Bomber /                          DISCARD

becomes

(Mail Bomber|Advanced Mass Sender).*<TAB>Policy-X-Mailer:<TAB>Spam I
don't want
