Hello!

We are using Qmail + QS + SA on a Debian Etch.
We get a huge amount of spam everyday, our mail server is extremy loaded.

In our server the scanner array is: PS-SA-NOD32.
The SA is really slow sometimes, there are a lot of timeouts
for spamd. After these scans, (that need a lot of time) it turns out, that
the spam could not be delivered at all, because it came to in INVALID
account.
The time that is spent for scanning was in vain.

Since we are using vpopmail, our valid users are strored in a MySQL
database.
Is there a way that QS can check the letter BEFORE all the scanners are
started to validate the recepient?
If the recepient is invalid, the letter should be dropped or rejected
before starting Spamassassin.
I mean, if the recepient is invalid, QS would not start any scanner at
all, just
 drop or reject the mail.

Can this idea be realized in QS?
