I just recently setup qmail with qmailscanner and clamav and spamassassin as
scanner relay.
I just notice that there some entry in qmail-queue.log such as the ff

In my understanding, it doesn't scan the email because normal email that was
scan by SA has an entry like this

Is this a spamassassin issue or there's something I need to edit in
qmail-scanner? I have check qmail-scanner --help but I don't see things
relevant to message size
