Look at the bottom of any email within the quarantine directory
structure... All quarantined emails have the MAIL FROM and RCPT TO
values appended to the message. So if there are multiple recipients,
it's documented there.

This also implies you really need to remove the last 6 lines from any
mail message within the quarantine structure before re-injecting it. See
contrib/qscan-spam-to-users.pl for example code
