Hello,

I have a problem with qmailscan included in Qmailrocks on Debian Sarge. The
temporary files are not deleted in some rare cases by the qmailscan. Following
directories are growing:

/var/spool/qmailscan/tmp
/var/spool/qmailscan/working/new
/var/spool/qmailscan/working/tmp

If I activate the DEBUG mode in /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl I can see
in /var/spool/qmailscan/qmail-queue.log that log entries about processing these
"bad" mails are not complete but I can't see why the processing is broken.
Obviously it's going broken on different places. The same in /var/log/syslog.

Sometimes the error happens when I'm sending email by my SMTP client. "451 qq
temporary problem" is reported is this case.

I have already updated the ClamAV and the SpamAssassin to the latest versions.
I have even tried qmailscan 2.01 instead of qmailscan 1.25 (yes it works!). The
same problem in some cases!

I have also disabled the softlimit in /var/qmail/supervise/qmail-smtpd/run to
get sure that there is no restriction on that. I haven't a lot of resources on
my Vserver, but anything else is running very stable.

Any ideas how to check why the qmailscanner is breaking its job sometimes?

Thx Alexchen
