Hmm, you say "antivir intercepts the viral mail and quarantines it". Do
you mean the AV itself quarantines the virus instead of Qmail-Scanner???

Any antivirus being called by Qmail-Scanner is meant to be configured to
*tell* Qmail-Scanner that it has found a virus - so Qmail-Scanner can
quarantine the message. If it just goes off and "fixes" the virus and
doesn't tell Q-S, then Q-S will probably think there was no virus and so
pass it on.
