Well I think that it is unsual that low number of viruses. Browse qmail-queue.log to check if the AVs have some problems. Maybe you want to disable debug to have a shorter log. You also have settings per domain enabled, run './qmail-scanner-queue.pl -d' and check the scanners_default array. You don't have spamassassin but you have set some values for it...
