Hi Fernando
You have set '--sa-quarantine 1', so messages with a score higher
than 'required+sa-quarantine' will be quarantined, so:
required=5.0 -> 5.0 + 1 = 6.0
The score of the messages above is 5.9 < 6.0, it will be tagged but
not quarantined.
